At Kaady Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward 7-day return policy on all appliances.
Return Time Frame
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Return Options by Product Type
Used Appliances
- • Exchange for another appliance
- • Store credit for future purchases
- • No cash refunds on used items
New & Open-Box Appliances
- • Refund to original payment method
- • Exchange options also available
Restocking Fee
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and reprocessing costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
Important Return Information
- • Delivery fees and extra services (stairs, installation, etc.) are non-refundable
- • Items must be in the same condition as when purchased
- • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- • If you picked up the item from our store, you are responsible for bringing it back
How to Return an Item

- 2. Return the appliance:
- • If you picked up your item: Bring it back to our showroom at 11917 SE Stark St, Portland, OR 97216
- • If we delivered your item: We'll schedule a pickup at your location
- 3. We'll inspect the appliance and process your return
