We schedule a visit
If the issue can't be resolved over the phone, we'll schedule a visit. If we delivered the appliance, we'll come to you wherever you are. If you picked it up and you're within 10 miles of our store, we'll come to you. If you're farther than 10 miles and you picked it up, we'll ask you to bring it in β we'll make it as quick as possible.

We fix it or replace it
If the repair is covered, there's no charge. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it with a comparable appliance or issue a full store credit.

Common Warranty Questions
Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes, hold onto your purchase receipt. If you lose it, call us β we keep records of all purchases and can usually look it up.
Does the 90-day warranty start from purchase or delivery?
The warranty starts on the day you receive the appliance β delivery day if we're delivering it, or the day you pick it up from our store.
What if I bought the appliance for someone else or as a gift?
The warranty covers the appliance regardless of who's using it, as long as it's for residential use. Just call us and have the purchase info handy.
