What you get

Unboxed or returned
What you get

- ✓Cosmetic notes (scratches, dents, missing parts) documented in the listing
- ✓Most GE units carry a 365-day manufacturer warranty; other brands get our 90-day warranty

How Grading Works in Practice
Every unit gets the same process, no matter the grade:

It gets inspected
A visual check against the listing — any damage is written into the listing before the unit goes live.

It gets tested
Power-on, full function check by type, and a safety check. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't get listed.

It gets graded and priced
The grade sets the price band, and the listing details the exact condition of that one unit. Every listing is a unique single unit — when it sells, it's gone.
